It’s just a matter of fact — we live in the world of “pretty things.” From the box of Kleenex you sneezed into this morning to the package of Lean Cuisine you opened, design plays a influential role in our day-to-day lives. So, don’t ask me why I chose this career path — it’s simply a natural process.

I can be obsessive with perfecting every pixel, but at the same time, I also realize deadlines are just as important and compromises must be made. I've been working professionally as a web/graphic designer for over 9 years and 7 years of those in a leading role.

My experiences as a designer include involvement in the printing industry, marketing/advertising industry, real estate, and non-profit institutions. I am fluent with Adobe Creative Suites, Adobe Flash, Actionscript 2 & 3, XHTML/HTML, CSS, JQuery, open-source CMS, branding Sharepoint 2007 & 2010 and video editing software such as AfterEffects and Premiere. I’m not afraid of new technologies…I embrace them.
