Hotel Responsive Site
For this project, I presented several different color options from Florida orange to bold red/blue brand colors matching hotel property decor.
The goal is to position the hotel as the preferred accomodation and destination property for both leisure & corporate clients. We accomplished that goal by featuring large imagery in context, content hierarchy re-alignment.
Travel Agent Site
Web site redesign
I was asked to redesign the site to be most user friendly and content relevant for travel agents. The goal of this site is to educate visitors about commission programs, trainings and offers available. I took advantage of beautiful world photography and colors to inspire the urge to explore the world. I have also re-aligned and re-positioned the booking widget to be front and center. The result is the site has improved booking rate and user-experience on mobile devices.
Company Mobile Web
Mobile web Redesign
At the time of the redesign project started, the experience on mobile web was outdated. Even though a large share of the market on mobile is through the Apps, mobile web still taken up a large amount of customers on devices.
I was tasked to refresh the old mobile web with up-to-date best practices and made sure the experience go hand-in-hand with our apps.
The design phrase of this project took over 4-5 months to completion. We generated nearly 100 screens and style guide in order to account for all the different scenarios and paths.
New App Feature (concept)
I was asked to come up with some preliminary ideas for a new member feature on our iOS app.
New Hotel home page refresh
Several concepts were developed for this Florida hotel home page redesign. The ask was to make sure users understand hotel's primary location vs competitors. I took advantage of their photography, typography and with creative copy, we were able to fullfil that request.
Family Reunion Landing page
This landing page was developed for the family reunions and events market. I used demographic appropriate photos and explored color schemes to blend two brands together on this one page. The page won a Platinum at the MarCom Awards.
Infographic illustration developed in 2013 to feature internal company's response time and resolution rate from customers queries.
Android legacy app
I was assigned to design the company's first version of Android app. The project was a exciting and refreshing challenge for me because of its deadline, working with internal teams across disciplines and vendor. Not to mention the fact that I was new to the app design.
